Correx Boards (Fluted Board)

Correx board printing is the process of printing designs onto corrugated plastic sheets (also called Correx). These boards are lightweight, waterproof, and commonly used for temporary signage.

Proof Approval Required Before Printing
Please upload your file for proof approval. A digital proof will be provided for you to review layout, colours, and text accuracy. Printing will commence only after your approval has been received. (on some occasions proof may not be Neccesary)

Pricing Information
All prices are listed excluding VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added at checkout. Posters, plans, and foam boards are priced inclusive of VAT.

Invoices
An itemised invoice is available upon request.

Production Times
Items printed on 450gsm card stock require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Formerly listed on our website as Correx. Lightweight and rigid twin-walled polypropylene with a corrugated centre. Commonly referred to as Correx, Corrugated Plastic, Corex.

Material Overview

  • Printed direct to substrate with UV inks
  • Trimmed sides as standard
  • Light-weight and easy to install
  • Flexible and durable, can be stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface
  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • Maximum board size: 2400mm × 1200mm (approx. just under 8ft × 4ft) in one piece

Although the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (approx. just under 8ft × 4ft) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.

  • Trimmed to SizeBoards will be cut to the size ordered with one of our Zünd cutting machines.There is no charge for this finish.

Standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre

Please bear logistics in mind when planning your Fluted Board order and feel free to ask our advice. The rule of thumb is that pieces bigger than 2m × 1.5m will need to be delivered by dedicated courier or by large pallet which increases the delivery costs substantially.
