How We Print Our Letterheads

We print our A4 letterheads on uncoated stock in paperweights of 120gsm and 160gsm. Uncoated stock absorbs more ink than silk coated stock and our 120gsm stock has the additional option of being made out of 100% recycled materials! Orders of 500 or more will be printed lithographically, which guarantees them for use with standard laser printers that most people will have in their offices and homes. Orders of less than 500 will be printed digitally so laser printing may not be guaranteed. Best to check with us when you get in touch!

We Can Design & Print Letterheads

If you’re looking to redesign your company letterheads, we can provide in-house design services to do just that! However, if you already have an existing design that you simply want more of, just add the files when making an enquiry on our contact page but please ensure that they meet the specifications below: Please set up your artwork to the following specifications: Size with bleed: 216mm x 303mm Resolution: 300 dpi minimum Format: PDF or JPEG Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing) Fonts: Outlined or Embedded Bleed: 3mm Safe Zone: 3mm No printer marks If you need your letterheads in a rush, not to worry! We are known for a our rapid turnaround and can offer same day or next day delivery depending on the quantity you choose and your location.
