Also known as a ‘sandwich panel’, Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) consists of two aluminium sheets ‘sandwiching’ a rigid polyethylene core.
Our Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) is printed with a VUTEk h5, direct to substrate with UV inks.
Although the maximum board size is 2400mm × 1200mm (just under 8ft × 4ft), multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.

Below are the standard finishes available for this material.
- Trimmed to SizeBoards will be cut to the size ordered with one of our Zünd cutting machines.There is no charge for this finish.
- Cut to ShapeBoards will be machine-cut to required shape with one of our Zünd cutting machines.Please note, there is an additional cost of £25 for each shape cut on rigid materials.
- Gloss LaminationAlso used as anti-graffiti.An additional charge of £9 per square metre applies.Dry-Wipe LaminationDesigned solely for use with dry-erase marker pens. Has a glossy finish.An additional charge of £12 per square metre applies.Please note that matt lamination is no longer available.
- Drilled HolesBoards can have drilled holes added, which will be machine-drilled by our Zünds.Standard corner-only drilled holes can be ordered via our website for a nominal charge of £2 per item.Our standard setup is four 5mm diameter holes (one in each corner), positioned 15mm from the edges.If you require any other setup of drilled holes (e.g. hole diameter, distance from edges, quantity, positions), Please note, when providing a measurement for the distance to the edge, we ask for a distance-to-edge amount, rather than a distance-to-centre amount.
